Good shirts, fair shipping

Decent quality, slow delivery

However, the delivery took nearly two weeks, which was a bit frustrating. The tracking updates were also a bit sparse. Their 'slim fit' is probably closer to a J.Crew 'classic fit' or even a bit roomier. If you like a really tailored look, go with 'extra slim'.

Yeah, they run a bit bigger than other US brands, even their slim is pretty generous. I'd say size down or definitely try the extra slim if you like modern cuts. They have a good return policy though, so you can always swap if it's off.

CT suits are great value, especially when they have sales. I'd say the quality is pretty comparable to Brooks Brothers' entry-level stuff, maybe even a bit better for the price.

They're both solid. Brooks Brothers might have slightly fancier fabrics on their higher-end lines, but for the typical business suit, CT holds its own. Their non-iron shirts are definitely better than BB's though, imo.

They're surprisingly good, honestly. I just hang mine right after washing, and they're usually fine. Maybe a quick touch-up if you're super picky, but mostly good to go.

It's pretty easy actually. You get a prepaid label usually. I returned a couple last month, no issues.

Not a pain at all. They have a good return policy, like 6 months even. Just print a label from their site and send it back. I think I had to pay for shipping once, but they usually give you a free return label if it's your first time or something.
